Energy Technology R&D: A Policy Challenge

The speaker will give an overview of Energy Technology R&D in the US and other OECD countries and show how innovation and related patents in this field are highly correlated with financial investments. Unfortunately, current private and government investments in this R&D fall far short of emerging economic and environmental needs.
