Extracting Biological Information from DNA Microarray Data

Complete sequences of the human and other genomes have made possible assessments of the level of expression of virtually all the genes under many different circumstances using DNA microarray technology. We have been studying human cancer in this way with results that may well lead to improvements in both diagnosis and therapy.
