What to fix in California Education?

Stanford University School of EducationCalifornia's education system is performing poorly. One of the main challenges in fixing the system is to improve the outcomes for its English Language Learners, who comprise over 25% of the student population statewide. This talk will address these challenges, and also afford a window into the larger problems of reforming K-12 education in California and nationally.
