| In addition to high energy
physics, SLAC offers many
opportunities for student participation in research in the field of Computer
Science. These RA positions are offered to students currently
enrolled at Stanford and for which the research can be demonstrated to be
relevant towards satisfying the student's academic degree requirements.
Assistantships are filled on a quarterly basis, following the academic
calendar. The University permits no exception to this policy.

| Student Support Form | Please fill out with your SCS supervisor, sign and return to Arla LeCount prior to the first day of the quarter. |
| Relevancy Statement Form | Please draft the relevancy statement with your SCS supervisor and obtain Home Department Advisor's signature (campus advisor). Bring signed form to Arla LeCount . This form requires review and approval by the SLAC Graduate Advisor prior to the beginning of the quarter. The signature of an academic advisor who is a member of the Stanford faculty, and working at SLAC is also required. |
