Set Your Work Hours
It's important to enter your busy time so you're not invited to a
meeting when you have other plans. Outlook defaults to a workday of 8AM
to 5PM, Monday through Friday. You should customize your calendar to
define when your workday and work week actually begin and end.
To set your work hours in Outlook:
- Select Tools;
- Options;
- Preferences tab;
- press Calendar
Options button.
