Calendar Permissions
- Granting Others Permission to View/Edit
- In your folder list:
- Right click on your default Calendar (the
one which came with Outlook -- this is the only Calendar which other
people are going to be able to see);
- Select Properties;
- Permissions
tab;
- Press Add button;
- In the "Type Name or Select from List" box
type the last name of the person;
- Click the Add button;
- Click OK;
- You will now select the correct level of access to give
the person;
- Press OK.
- While you are here verify that Default has the permissions you
desire. This will control the access to your Calendar for everyone else at SLAC which
uses Outlook.
