Printing Daily View

Remove Tasks/Notes

Most of us have only permissions to view the "calendar" items for the conference rooms. The default Daily view includes some other items from the conference room which you may not have permissions to view (e.g. Notes, Tasks). In order to print a Daily View for a conference room successfully you may need to do the following:

• From the Print window and with the Daily Style selected:
  • Press the Page Setup button
  • Uncheck Taskpad and Notes area boxes
  • Press OK twice
