Green Conference Room User Guidelines

Please note that the Theory Group has priority in using the Green Conference Room and occasionally may need to over-ride your reservation. If this occurs, we'll contact you immediately, so that you can relocate your meeting to another room.

v      Because of the acoustics of this area and in consideration to others, PLEASE KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. 

v     The Green Conference Room is home to the Theory Seminars on Wednesdays 1pm - 3:30pm and Fridays 12:30pm - 2pm.  It is NOT available for evening or weekend reservations.

v     The room’s capacity is up to 30 chairs and it has a table that can seat up to 9 people. 

v     It is equipped with a digital overhead projector and screen, slide overhead projector, chalkboards, and a speaker phone.

v     This room is not available for extended food service.

v     Please leave the Green Conference Room in a clean and orderly fashion.

v     Please inform contact of any changes or cancellations.
