Meeting Room Contacts
SLAC staff must reserve meeting places in advance through the meeting room contacts below or via Outlook calendar. All facilities used by outside groups requires advance arrangements through Communications. In preparation for your meeting, please see guidelines for Meeting Rooms and Facilities Use.
To request Multimedia Services, contact the Communications staff at least one week in advance. Computing needs for conferences and meetings can be very complex. Please see the Conference and Meeting Computing Checklist and alert the appropriate SCCS staff in advance of your computing needs.
Most SLAC meeting room calendars are maintained in Outlook for greater access to the laboratory community. Meeting rooms listed with an * are not maintained on-line, to reserve the room you'll need to contact the meeting room contact.
