MIT Kerberos for Windows
Download and Install
Please download from
http://www.openafs.org/windows.html. You want to find and download the MIT
Kerberos for Windows software. As of early January 2008 the section for MIT
Kerberos was at the bottom of the page. Navigate through there until you find
the correct installer file for your Windows. You can also find it on
https://xweb.slac.stanford.edu.
Just download and run the
installation file and do the "typical" install.
Software Configuration
After install you'll have a new icon in the lower right which looks like
this:
. It is called
Network Identity Manager.
If your Windows password is the same as your Unix password you should enable
integrated login via Options; General and place a checkmark in the line which
reads "Obtain new credentials at startup (if none are present)".
Single Sign On
If you want to now use Single Sign On please see Alf Wachsmann's
SSO page.
