Windows 2000 Level of expertise, level of coordination more similar to distributed mainframe than PC.
Propose budget for minimum training of NT administrators, $3000 per person per year. SCS can coordinate on-site classes and discounts.
All NT admin working with W2K to have the appropriate qualifications either through attending classes or through equivalent experience.
